| 描述 | The CD1c (BDCA-1) antigen belongs to the CD1 family and is involved in presentation of lipid antigens. In human blood, CD1c (BDCA-1) is exclusively expressed on CD11chighCD123low myeloid dendritic cells and a small subpopulation of CD19+ B cells.1Myeloid dendritic cells represent the major subset of dendritic cells in human peripheral blood (about 0.3% of white blood cells). They display a strong T cell stimulatory and cross-presenting capacity.2–4The CliniMACS CD1c (BDCA-1)-Biotin Product Line consists of murine anti-CD1c (BDCA-1) monoclonal antibodies conjugated to biotin.One vial contains 5 mL sterile, non-pyrogenic solution.The performance of the CliniMACS CD1c (BDCA-1)-Biotin Product Line depends on the individual separation strategy.
