The kit is intended for the time-saving and reproducible preparation of single-cell suspensions in combination with the gentleMACS™ Dissociator and the gentleMACS Octo Dissociator.Dissociated cells are immediately ready for further in vitroorin vivo applications such as cell culture and expansion, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, and molecular applications, or for cell separation using MACS® Technology. |
