描述	Performance RNAprotect Cell Reagent可避免处理细胞过程中诱导的基因表达，并保护和稳定细胞样本在储存时的转录水平（参见" Effective inhibition of PMA induction of c-fos expression"和"More reliable quantification of CD83 transcript"）。 Principle RNAprotect Cell Reagent可立即稳定分选或培养细胞的RNA。可在室温下，固定细胞，并在RNA纯化前，储存和运输细胞。 Procedure RNAprotect Cell Reagent可立即稳定细胞的基因表达谱。其他技术，需要在加入RNA稳定试剂前，洗涤或处理细胞（如胰酶处理）。向细胞培养基或缓冲液中直接加入RNAprotect Cell Reagent可避免在漂洗或处理时表达水平的变化。对于没有在培养基或储存液中的细胞，也可使用RNAprotect Cell Reagent立即稳定RNA。起始样本量不能超过1 x 10⁷个细胞。 Applications 在进一步处理和RNA纯化前，RNAprotect Cell Reagent中的细胞可在室温下储存和运输。可使用RNeasy Plus Mini Kit纯化RNA，或使用AllPrep Kit从同一细胞样本中同时纯化RNA和DNA。
