- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This protein is associated with sn-RNP U2. It helps the A protein to bind stem loop IV of U2 snRNA.
Subunit:
Identified in the spliceosome C complex. Found in a pre-mRNA splicing complex with SFRS4, SFRS5, SNRNP70, SNRPA1, SRRM1 and SRRM2. Found in a pre-mRNA exonic splicing enhancer (ESE) complex with SNRNP70, SNRPA1, SRRM1 and TRA2B.
