| 背景 | CD160 is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein with one Ig-like V-type domain. On a subpopulation of cytolytic T cells and NK cells, CD160 functions as a broad specificity receptor for MHC class I and related molecules. When expressed on vascular endothelial cells, CD160 propagates anti-angiogenic signals and promotes apoptosis. |
