| 背景 | Glypicans are GPI-anchored heparan sulfate proteoglycans that include a large globular cysteine-rich domain with 14 invariant cysteine residues, a stalk-like region containing the heparan sulfate attachment sites, and a C-terminal GPI attachment site.
