EGF Receptor phospho Tyr992 pAb tested by Western blot. Detection of Phospho-EGFR by Western blot. The analysis was performed using A-431 nuclear extract (EGF treated) and EGF Receptor phospho Tyr992 pAb at a 1:500 dilution. The reactions were incubated in the absence (lane 1) and presence of immunizing peptide (lane 2), and in the presence of non-phosphorylated peptide (lane 3), which confirms the specificity of the antibody for the phosphorylated form of the EGF receptor. |
