Caspase-8 mAb tested by Western blot. Caspase-8 detection by Western blot. The analysis was performed using Jurkat extracts with Caspase-8 mAb at 2 µg/ml (lane 1) and 0.5 µg/ml (lane 2) dilutions. The antibody only detects 55 kDa caspase-8 in staurosporine-treated (2 hours) Jurkat cells. |
