| 描述 | The Quantikine Human Leptin sR Immunoassay is a 4.5 hour solid-phase ELISA designed to measure human Leptin sR in cell culture supernates, serum, and plasma. It contains NS0-expressed recombinant human Leptin R/Fc Chimera and has been shown to accurately quantitate the recombinant factor. Results obtained using natural human Leptin sR showed linear curves that were parallel to the standard curves obtained using the Quantikine kit standards. These results indicate that this kit can be used to determine relative mass values for naturally occurring Leptin sR. |

| 背景 | Leptin receptor (OBR), also named B219, is a type I cytokine receptor family protein with significant amino acid sequence identity with gp130, G-CSF receptor, and the LIF receptor.
