The lysates were analyzed for the expression of LC3-1/LC3-II and SQSTM1/p62 using 2ug/ml each of anti-LC3B (NB100-2220) and anti-SQSTM1/p62 (MAB8028) respectively. Anti-Actin (AF4000) was used as a loading control. TatD11 exhibited superior induction of LC3-II and down-regulation of p62 protein when compared to other treatment and control groups. |
