| 背景 | CXCL7, also known as Thymus Chemokine-1, is a member of the alpha (CXC) subfamily of chemokines. It functions as a chemoattractant for neutrophils, macrophages and T cells that express CXCR2/IL-8 R beta. Rat CXCL7 cDNA encodes a 111 amino acid (aa) precursor protein. Rat CXCL7 shares 72% aa sequence identity with mouse CXCL7. |

Chemotaxis Induced by CXCL7/Thymus Chemokine‑1 and Neutralization by Rat CXCL7/Thymus Chemokine‑1 Antibody. Recombinant Rat CXCL7/Thymus Chemokine‑1 (Catalog # 1116-CK) chemoattracts the BaF3 mouse pro‑B cell line transfected with human CXCR2 in a dose-dependent manner (orange line).
