| 使用方法 | Western Blot: 1 µg/mL Blockade of Receptor-ligand Interaction: In a functional ELISA, 0.06-0.3 µg/mL of this antibody will block 50% of the binding of 50 ng/mL of Recombinant Human Neurturin (Catalog # 1297-NE) to immobilized Recombinant Human GFR alpha -2 Fc Chimera (Catalog # 613‑FR) coated at 1 µg/mL (100 µL/well). At 5 μg/mL, this antibody will block >90% of the binding. |

| 背景 | Neurturin is a member of the GDNF family of ligands and is distantlyrelated to TGF-beta family ligands. It is a disulfide-linked homodimerthat interacts with a receptor complex composed of a high affinityligand binding component (GFR alpha 1 or GFR alpha 2) and a common signalingcomponent, cRET. Neurturin promotes the survival of a variety ofneurons and possibly other cell types. |
