- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

This gene encodes a nuclear protein with 3 to 5 exonuclease activity. The encoded protein participates in double-stranded DNA break repair, and may interact with DNA polymerase delta. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2012]
Function:
Exonuclease with a preference for double-stranded DNA with mismatched 3 termini. May play a role in DNA repair.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.
Tissue Specificity:
Detected in heart, breast, prostate, skeletal muscle, testis, uterus, bone marrow, colon, small intestine, stomach and thymus.
Similarity:
Belongs to the exonuclease superfamily. TREX family.
