- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

OIT3 contains one EGF-like domain and one ZP domain. It may be involved in hepatocellular function and development. OIT3 is liver-specific and is expressed only in the hepatocytes; down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and HCC cell lines. There are two named isoforms.
Function:
May be involved in hepatocellular function and development.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus envelope. Can be secreted into blood.
Tissue Specificity:
Liver-specific. Expressed only in the hepatocytes. Down-regulated in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and HCC cell lines.
Similarity:
