- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
FBXO28 is a member of the F-box protein family. Such proteins are characterized by an approximately 40-amino acid F-box motif. SCF complexes, formed by SKP1 (MIM 601434), cullin (see CUL1; MIM 603134), and F-box proteins, act as protein-ubiquitin ligases.
Function:
Probably recognizes and binds to some phosphorylated proteins and promotes their ubiquitination and degradation (By similarity).
Subunit:
Part of a SCF (SKP1-cullin-F-box) protein ligase complex (By similarity).
Similarity:
Contains 1 F-box domain.
