- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

- background:
SR-A1 (serine arginine-rich pre-mRNA splicing factor) is a member of the SR protein family, which interacts with the C-terminal domain of the large subunit of RNA polymerase II and involved in pre-mRNA splicing. The SR-A1 gene is located on chromosome 19q13.3-q13.4. Overexpression of SR-A1 is found in aggressive ovarian cancers.

May function in pre-mRNA splicing (By similarity).

Interacts with POLR2A.
Subcellular Location:
Nucleus.
Tissue Specificity:
Ubiquitous. Highly expressed in fetal brain and liver, poorly expressed in salivary gland, heart, skin and ovary. Expressed in colorectal carcinomas and ovarian cancers. Overexpressed in colorectal carcinomas as compared to normal colonic mucosa.
Similarity:
Belongs to the splicing factor SR family.
