- 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
- 保存条件
- Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

猪乙型脑炎是由日本乙型脑炎病毒引起的人畜共患传染病，俗称“乙脑”,病毒依靠蚊子进行传播,具有严格的季节性。各种年龄、品种、性别的猪均易感染此病。猪感染本病后，母猪常发生流产、死胎，公猪发生睾丸炎，育肥猪可持续高热，仔猪常呈脑炎症状。猪乙脑病毒结构蛋白是病毒粒子的主要成分, 也是维持形态结构的主要物质，结构蛋白包括衣壳蛋白C、毒粒包膜蛋白M (由P reM 切割而来) 和包膜蛋白E.
