When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

2 Hydroxy phytanoyl CoA lyase catalyzes a carbon-carbon cleavage reaction. It cleaves a 2 hydroxy 3 methylacyl CoA into formyl CoA and a 2 methyl branched fatty aldehyde.
Function:
Catalyzes a carbon-carbon cleavage reaction; cleaves a 2-hydroxy-3-methylacyl-CoA into formyl-CoA and a 2-methyl-branched fatty aldehyde.
Subunit:
Homotetramer.
Tissue Specificity:
Expressed in high levels in liver, also expressed in kidney, heart and skeletal muscle.
Similarity:
Belongs to the TPP enzyme family.
